Hi all. Since this is my first post, I shall introduce myself. Im a full- time student and full- time eater. I eat three big meals a day and have one or two snacks in the middle. Like most asians, ALL my meals are full of carbs.
Eating bread is my drug. I can't stop eating because i LOVE food.
You might be reading this and picturing a fat chubby girl sitting in front of the computer with stubby short fingers pressing away on the keyboard. Eating a piece of bread with my triple-chin wobbling away. Well i'm pleased to tell you, i am 165cms tall ( one of the tallest in my grade) and 44kgs currently. All my friends call me skinny and can't believe the amount of food i eat.
So dieters out there, it IS possible to eat lots of carbs and still be skinny.
